At Bushtukah, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange most unused items within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Return Process

  Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like undergarments and safety equipment are final sale.

  Locate your original sales receipt or order confirmation email. For in-store returns, please bring a valid government-issued photo ID to verify the transaction.

  Choose Return Method

  Visit any of our retail locations for an immediate refund or exchange, or contact our customer service team to initiate a return by mail for online orders.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the transaction to reflect on your statement.
